Jackson testimony is very valuable as he highlights the state of denial that the entire Governing Body are in and a good psychological evaluation of it is in order by the Commission to determine the amount of pressure needed by the courts to insure compliance of the laws. His testimony is going to be studied by experts.

Using Governing Body Member Jackson Testimony To The Royal Commission, For A Defense Before A Judicial Committee Meeting
by Brokeback Watchtower ini think that a person that is called before a judicial committee can use a recording of the trial and force the elder to view it because of jackson's statement to the commission and get off.
i think mr jackson has said enough about people who wish to leave the witnesses as not being harassed, hunted down, or spied upon and such to get the elder off your back and give them a "good witness".. also to be highlighted is the fact that jackson has stated under oath that the governing body is willing to reexamine doctrine and policy in order to conform to the law,.
i think many statements by gb jackson to the commission can be used by some one clever and thus escape the label of apostate and be unhindered to a large extent of speaking to others.. .

by Brokeback Watchtower inas more and more jw learn ttat maybe these new ones who are still in might be interested in making a bunch of jw sites where they are more loosely moderated and negative stuff about the organization is planted and removed(allowed to stay but only a few days).. make it appear safe for regular jws but allow some freedom of expression to stay on for a time.
iow run by more moderate moderators who eventually get rid of offending posts after some deliberation..

Governing Body missing their big chance
by under the radar init seems to me that the governing body is missing an excellent opportunity to demonstrate that they are indeed the faithful and discreet slavetm.
even if, as they claim, they collectively constitute the slavetm only when meeting together to consider spiritual matters, surely any one of their number could expect to be guided by holy spirittm when testifying before the australian royal commission on such an important matter.. in fact, they should widely publicize the hearing and encourage all jw's to watch it live.
this would show they have nothing to fear and really believe all the (hot steaming piles of) spiritual food they've been spewing.. after all, their own translation of the bible says, at matthew 10:18-20, "18 and you will be brought before governors and kings+ for my sake, for a witness to them and the nations.+ 19 however, when they hand you over, do not become anxious about how or what you are to speak, for what you are to speak will be given you in that hour;+ 20 for the ones speaking are not just you, but it is the spirit of your father that speaks by you.".

I would think that some member of the court will be at the place where Jackson will be giving the interview and the video streaming device will be a court video device and that the WT corporation will also be recording and live streaming it to higher ups?
